Payment Methods
Subscription fees and any additional options are payable by credit card or SEPA bank transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are securely processed by our payment provider to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data. AdFrame is not liable for any fraudulent use of payment methods.
Upon receipt of a subscription or options request, a payment authorization will be requested from the relevant financial institution. The subscription and/or options will be confirmed upon receipt of the authorization to debit the account.
Invoicing
The Customer will be invoiced as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions: on the anniversary date of the subscription each month.
- Annual subscriptions: on the anniversary date of the subscription each year.
Invoices are issued in the name of the Customer. The initial invoice is sent by email to the address provided during account creation, and subsequent invoices are available for download from the website.
Non-Payment and Late Payment
In the event of a payment failure due to a declined transaction or other payment method issue, the subscription and/or options will not be activated. The Customer must contact AdFrame’s customer service to resolve the payment issue. AdFrame reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription and/or options if payment is not received, without incurring liability. Any outstanding payments up to the anniversary date of the subscription and/or options will become immediately due.
Refunds
As a professional service provider, AdFrame and the Customer agree that the Customer has no statutory right of withdrawal. However, AdFrame may, at its discretion, offer refunds under the following conditions:
- For monthly subscriptions: The Customer must request a cancellation within seven (7) days of the subscription date.
- For annual subscriptions: The Customer must request a cancellation within thirty (30) days of the subscription date.
Cancellation requests related to subscription renewals will also be accepted if submitted within the same timeframes:
- For monthly renewals: within seven (7) days of the renewal date.
- For annual renewals: within thirty (30) days of the renewal date.
Refund requests that meet these conditions will result in a full refund of the subscription fee. Requests that do not meet these conditions will be considered, but refunds will not be guaranteed.
The Customer may cancel any additional options at any time by submitting a written request to AdFrame’s customer service at [email protected]. The cancellation of options will take effect on the subscription anniversary date of the respective option. The Customer acknowledges that no refunds will be provided for the cancellation of options.
